JDA has managed the rooftop facilities at Newcall Tower (near the corner of Khyber Pass and Symonds St) for almost 20 years. When we obtained the management role, there was almost nothing on the roof. Now there is little space left as its prominent lookout over Auckland's CBD and surrounding areas has attracted a large number of communications tenants including, among others: the Police, Vodafone, TeamTalk, Northern Regional Lifeguards, Kordia and others.

JDA manages all of TV3’s transmission sites throughout New Zealand (a total of about 70). All of these sites are available to everyone at competitive rates provided there is still room available and that the technology is appropriate to what’s already there
